1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your purchase receipt or invoice is required for any return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products purchased on clearance or during promotional sales.
  • Items that have been used or altered.
  • Custom orders or specially manufactured items.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns, except in cases where the product was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to contact@indiandigitaltraders.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Replacement or Refund: Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. We may request the item be returned to us before issuing a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued, such as for items returned in unsatisfactory condition or for returns initiated after the 7-day return period.
