- Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns, except in cases where the product was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Send an email to contact@indiandigitaltraders.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. We may request the item be returned to us before issuing a replacement or refund.
