Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Refund Policy:
    • Customers may request a refund for products purchased from our wholesale company within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Refunds will only be provided for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
    • To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or receipt.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  2. Return Policy:
    • Customers may request to return products purchased from our wholesale company within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
    • Customers must contact our customer service department to initiate a return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
    • Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect them for compliance with our return policy. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
